It’s Friday again… Good Friday, to be exact. So, I thought it was only appropriate that I pick a few Easter dishes for this week’s favorites. If you’re still planning your Easter menu, or if you just want to make a few fun treats, these recipes are for you! I will actually not be doing any cooking this Sunday, but I will probably save these recipes for later because they look so good!
- If you’re hosting brunch, you will have to check out these Meyer Lemon Sticky Rolls with Cream Cheese Glaze from goodLife {eats}. I love any sticky rolls, but I think the lemon flavor in these makes them perfect for Easter!
- I have never made roast lamb before, but after reading about this Cosciotto Arrosto from Bell’alimento, I want to give it a try. This would be a lovely main dish for Easter dinner!
- If you are looking for a cute project for the kids this weekend, consider making these Butterscotch Birds Nests from Gimme Some Oven. I remember making something similar with my mom when I was a kid!
- I keep going back to this Asparagus Pesto from Local Lemons… It’s not a traditional Easter dish, but I think the flavors would work wonderfully for an Easter dinner. If I was cooking on Sunday, I would be making this. Instead, I’ll probably make it one day next week!
- Finally, I just had to include these lovely Peter Cottontail bunny cookies from Bake at 350. Everything Bridget makes is absolutely stunning, and these cookies are no exception. I would love to have these bunnies in my Easter basket!
What a great Easter round up Jen! Thanks so much for including my Lamb. Hope you and your family have a Happy Happy Easter!
