We’ve had just a bit of snow here in the Northeast in the past week… You know, about three feet. So, my train home from NYC has been cancelled multiple times and I am currently stuck in NYC. In fact, I am writing this post while I am on hold to try to reschedule my train for the morning.
I had a wonderful time at the Electrolux event – Kelly’s Cake Off for a Cause. The 15 food bloggers attending the event were divided into five groups. Each group decorated a themed cake with the help of Buddy Valastro, the Cake Boss! Now, you can vote for your favorite cake (which I hope will be mine!) and for each vote, $1 will be donated to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund! And, keep checking back because you can vote once a day!
You can click HERE to go vote for our cake!!
I will be sharing more details and photos of the event at a later time, but until then, check out this great video about our cake – Take a Bow!
My Kitchen Addiction Disclosure – My participation in Kelly’s Cake Off for a Cause was sponsored by Electrolux and Foodbuzz who provided me with travel arrangements and accommodations in New York to participate.
Jen- How wonderful! You all did such a great job with the cakes and with the interview. It was neat seeing you “live”. Best wishes. Melissa
