Have you heard about the Ten in 10 Challenge yet? It’s a challenge being hosted by Lori over at Recipe Girl (isn’t she fabulous?) encouraging bloggers to join together and get healthy in 2010! Whatever your health or fitness goal, you can join in on the fun.
As you might have guessed, I will be participating in the challenge… Don’t worry, though, I’m not turning into a fitness and health blogger (not that there’s anything wrong with that)! I’m just going to be making a conscious effort to be more healthy in 2010 (you’ll find out the details and my goals in a few weeks) and will be posting updates each Saturday. So it won’t even interfere with my usual posting schedule! I will also be tying in some healthy recipes and ideas with my usual content during the week. After all, I write about what I’m cooking and eating each week! Plus, I’ll be tweeting about the challenge throughout the whole ten weeks (you can follow me on Twitter and follow the #10in10 hashtag). The challenge starts January 2nd, so stay tuned (and check out the details here)!
