Lately I have been talking a lot about how you can share your holiday season and give back. Well, here’s another idea for you…
I am happy to announce that I will be participating in the 12 Days of Sharing virtual cookie swap that is being hosted by In Jennie’s Kitchen. Be sure to check out all of the details and join in the fun. The swap will be taking place starting next Monday, December 7th through December 18th, and there are a few ways for you to participate…
- Post a cookie recipe (or any baked good) on your site and add it to the virtual cookie jar by sending an email to injennieskitchen@gmail.com. Use “In Jennie’s Kitchen” as the subject and be sure to include a link to your recipe and a photo of your cookies.
- Post the 12 Days of Sharing badge on your site for the entire 12 days to show your support and encourage your readers to make donations. (The badge will be available soon!)
- Click on one of the 12 Days of Sharing banners/badges to make a donation to Share Our Strength. By making a donation, you will be eligible for a giveaway with some great prizes (including a Cuisinart stand mixer, gift bags from the Food Network, and much more!).
- Check back every day to see recipes from the co-host (yours truly will be co-hosting one day) and discover some new favorite holiday recipes of your own. Once you have, be sure to share your favorites on Facebook and Twitter to encourage others to participate and make a donation to Share Our Strength!
