Join Me In Jennie’s Kitchen!

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I had a few things in the works, and by now, you already know that one of them was a trip to New York City.  Now, it’s time for me to reveal the second!

You will now see my writing and photography on In Jennie’s Kitchen on a fairly regular basis!  I am really excited and honored to have the opportunity to work with Jennifer as an intern.  Be sure to head on over to In Jennie’s Kitchen to read my first piece about the proper technique for dicing onions and mincing shallots.  Then, once you have practiced dicing, you can give my Caramelized Onion Burgers a try!
