Sometimes I have a theme for my Friday Favorites… Other times I do not. This is one of the times that I do not.
Sometimes I have a lot to say about my Friday Favorites… Other times I do not. This is one of the times that i do not.
In all seriousness, this has been a busy, semi-stressful week for me (I won’t bore you with the details). I’m looking forward to the holiday weekend, and I’m sure you are too. So, here is some light reading to ease you into the weekend!
- These Baked Mini Corn Dogs from Elizabeth’s Edible Experience look like fun to make and to eat! If you’re looking for something new to make for your Labor Day picnic, this one is a winner.
- If you’re looking for a sweet treat this weekend, be sure to take a look at this Express Espresso Tia Maria Tiramisu from Gel’s Kitchen. It can be ready to eat in 20 minutes – just long enough to read all of my favorite blog posts this week!
- You probably already know that I am a big fan of Mexican food. These Baked Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas from Cinnamon Spice & Everything Nice are on my must-make list. I think this would be a perfect potluck dish for the fall.
- Finally, I couldn’t help but to mention this Pumpkin Bisque from Sugarcrafter. I love the fall, and one of my favorite fall foods is pumpkin. In fact, today I bought a can of pumpkin puree at the store because I couldn’t stand to wait any longer. Now I know what to make!
Aw, thanks for including me in your favorites!! I hope you enjoy the bisque. Have a great Labor Day weekend!
Thanks for mentioning my enchiladas! Your the best. Hope you enjoy your weekend!
Great Friday favorites! I’m thinking those chicken enchiladas are going to be in my mouth very soon.
Great Friday Favs as usual! Please bore me with the info… I don’t get bored easily. My excuse for a semi-stressful, fully busy week is school, but I am catching up with my RSS feeds. Yaya! :D
Mac and Cheese is my favorite – and yours looks divine!
